Job Description:
We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Spanishspeaking clients with a focus on providing solutions and assistance related to our B2B cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B environments with a strong understanding of cloudbased products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Spanish via phone email and chat.
- Provide troubleshooting support and assistance to customers using our B2B cloud services.
- Resolve customer issues escalate technical problems when necessary and follow up to ensure timely solutions.
- Assist customers with understanding the full range of our cloud services and how they benefit their business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics.

Contract and Working Hours:
- Contract Type: Permanent contract.
- Working Hours: Fulltime role 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days per week).

What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish (native or nearnative level) with excellent communication skills.
- B2B Cloud Services Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role supporting B2B clients specifically within the cloud services industry is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear understandable way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Prior experience in a customer service technical support or clientfacing role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet performance targets.
Relocation Information:
- Candidates relocating to Athens are expected to work onsite for the first 3 months before considering remote work options.
- Once relocated employees will work from the Athens office for an initial period and may be eligible for workfromhome arrangements thereafter.
