Job Description:

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Spanishspeaking clients with a focus on providing solutions and assistance related to our B2B cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B environments with a strong understanding of cloudbased products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Spanish via phone email and chat.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and assistance to customers using our B2B cloud services.
  • Resolve customer issues escalate technical problems when necessary and follow up to ensure timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with understanding the full range of our cloud services and how they benefit their business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting performance metrics.

Salary and Benefits:

Contract and Working Hours:

  • Contract Type: Permanent contract.
  • Working Hours: Fulltime role 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days per week).

Relocation Package:

For candidates relocating to Athens we offer the following assistance:

  • Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival in Athens.
  • Flight Ticket: Fully reimbursed flight ticket within the EU.
  • Airport Pickup: Assistance with transportation from the airport to the hotel.
  • Real Estate Agency Fee: Support with housing through a local real estate agency.

WorkfromHome Information:

  • For Relocated Employees: Workfromhome is available once you are based in Athens.
  • For Local Greek Candidates: If you are located in Greece you may be eligible to work from home immediately.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or nearnative level) with excellent communication skills.
  • B2B Cloud Services Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role supporting B2B clients specifically within the cloud services industry is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear understandable way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Prior experience in a customer service technical support or clientfacing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet performance targets.

Relocation Information:

  • Candidates relocating to Athens are expected to work onsite for the first 3 months before considering remote work options.
  • Once relocated employees will work from the Athens office for an initial period and may be eligible for workfromhome arrangements thereafter.
