Position: Computer Repair Technician
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Repair Technician to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. As a leading sports equipment manufacturer we rely heavily on our computer systems to design test and produce our products. The Computer Repair Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and other computer equipment
Install and configure new computer systems and software
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
Ensure all systems are secure and uptodate with the latest antivirus and security software
Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed
Provide technical support to users and assist with any computerrelated issues
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and systems
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in computer technology
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required technical degree or certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer repair and maintenance
Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and operating systems
Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
