Salary:
- Hourly: $35.71/hour

Shift: Monday Friday Day Shift
Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join its Rehab Team. The primary focus of this role includes performing bedside swallow evaluations and barium swallows in the absence of the current SLP alongside diagnosing and treating individuals with speech language and swallowing disorders across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer speech/language therapy modalities as prescribed
- Provide bedside swallow and barium swallow evaluations
- Supervise and delegate tasks to supportive staff as appropriate
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure personal competency
- Participate in department budget discussions related to SLP services
- Promote the organizations vision within the rehab team and patient care
