Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Manager for our Cambodia operations in Freight Forwarding and Healthcare. The ideal candidate should be Cambodian with 23 years of experience in logistics or healthcare fluent in English and Khmer and knowledgeable in Cambodian taxation and accounting practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations (AP AR general ledger).
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards (CFRS).
- Prepare financial statements cash flow reports and budget forecasts.
- Manage tax compliance (VAT corporate tax withholding tax) and handle tax audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to optimize operational costs.
- Manage overseas transactions and foreign exchange.
Main Requirements:
- 23 years of finance/accounting experience (preferably in freight forwarding or healthcare).
- Fluent in English and Khmer.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Expertise in Cambodian taxation international transactions and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong financial analysis reporting and problemsolving skills.
