Today were hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer for a fastgrowing Real Estate Marketplace that is revolutionizing the way homes are bought and sold enabling transactions twice as fast as traditional methods.

Your future team
The Engineering Team is the driving force behind a mission to accelerate life changes. Rapidly expanding from 9 to 30 engineers they do more than just write codethey solve meaningful problems for customers.
From ideation to launch and beyond engineers take full ownership of their work ensuring that every feature delivers real impact. They leverage LLMbased development workflows and shared best practices to automate repetitive tasks maintaining a clean scalable and highperformance codebase.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust highperformance APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) Nest.js and GraphQL.
- Build intuitive frontend applications with React.js and Next.js delivering outstanding user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and crossfunctional teams (Operations Growth Brand) to prioritize features and deliver key objectives.
- Own the full lifecycle of features from ideation and design through implementation deployment and performance monitoring.
- Write clean maintainable thoroughlytested code to ensure fast deployments and continuous improvement.
- Implement comprehensive endtoend (E2E) tests to ensure reliability and reduce code review cycles.
- Proactively contribute to strategic decisions about the future direction of our web applications and infrastructure.
- Leverage LLMbased libraries and implement key AIdriven functionalities (RAG memory agentic workflows) using stacks like Pinecone and Langchain.
Qualifications
- Diploma from an engineering or IT school
- Proven expertise in backend API development using Node.js Nest.js and GraphQL.
- Strong experience building responsive userfriendly interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly evaluate and recommend effective technological solutions.
- Highly collaborative openminded and comfortable working closely with diverse teams.
- Ambitious performanceoriented and maintains a positive attitude.
- Fluent in Englishfor clear and effective communication.
- Experience with LLMbased libraries AI frameworks (e.g. Langchain) and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone) including practical knowledge of RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) memory management and agentic workflows.
Compensation
- Salary from 53 to 70K
- BSPCE (Stock Options)with monthly vesting after year one over a 4year period.
