Location: Taunton
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SENCO to lead a thriving special educational needs department in an outstanding secondary school in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and promoting inclusion.

Your Role as SENCO:
Lead and manage the SEN department ensuring that students with SEN receive highquality support.
Work closely with teachers to implement effective strategies and interventions for students with diverse needs.
Oversee the development of IEPs and monitor student progress.
Provide training and support for staff in relation to SEN best practices.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS and SENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
Strong experience in leading SEN provision and developing inclusive teaching strategies.
A passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
