Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join an outstanding school in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 in a school that is committed to excellence and student success.
Key Information:
- Position: Psychology Teacher
- Location: Northampton
- Start Date: September 2025
- Salary: MPS1 UPS3 (Dependent on experience)
- Contract: Fulltime Permanent
- Experience: ECT or experienced Psychology Teacher

Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology or related field.
- QTS or PGCE.
- Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Salary:
The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale on MPS/UPS.
