Yoga Instructor motive8 (selfemployed opportunity)
Location: London
Salary: 40 per class 45mins) delivered
*Please Read Before Applying* this is a freelance based role. Successful candidates will need to be registered as selfemployed and holding a valid liability insurance certificate.
We are currently looking for a reliable driven highly motivated yoga class instructor to join our team for facilitating a weekly 45min Yoga Class at our residential gym in N1 0AZ near Kings Cross Station.
The role will involve delivering group classes of up to x6/8 persons. You will be delivering x1 weekly session on a weekday evening ideally between 6pm/8pm ideally available to match the current schedule of Tuesdays at 7pm. Were looking for candidates located within reasonable travel distance to the facility. The estimated start time for this opportunity will be from April 2025.
This is a great opportunity for any selfemployed instructors looking to earn capturing a recurring weekly class opportunity further down the line.
Were looking for an instructor able to deliver relaxationstyle themed classes with appropriate music to accompany this (you will need to use your own device/portable speaker for this).
The payrate offered is 40 per class delivered 45mins).
You will be highly approachable energetic and work with attention to detail providing a high level of customer service to prospective members of the residential gym.
Job specifics will include:
Delivering group exercise classes themed on specific fitness targets involving participants of mixed abilities
Managing your administration duties such as marking attendance for any appointments delivered on our platform
Ensuring the attendance for all appointments carried out is updated in a timely manner and sending us a list of attendees per session.
Liaising with motive8 head office management team to ensure that delivery is consistent managed professionally
Providing advice and guidance to help residents succeed with their fitness journey
You will be an effective communicator and maintain communication between all relevant parties in a professional manner working with guidelines provided on the essentials to be covered within an induction. You should also have experience in delivering fitness training sessions and have a confident and articulate approach to the way you work.
Please note you do need to hold valid selfemployed insurance (or willing to obtain) as well as a valid Yoga Certification in order to be considered for the role.
