The Program Managers responsibilities include ensuring the successful of the site strategy plan throughout the organization. This requires coordinating resources managing initiatives and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve strategic goals. Additionally the role involves monitoring progress assessing impact and providing reports to key stakeholders.
Success in this role requires significant experience in executing and implementing strategic programs. You should excel in environments where versatility is necessary taking ownership of your tasks and proactively driving progress. Key qualities include adaptability strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex situations as you will be expected to take initiative and confidently advance strategic priorities independently.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the and implementation of the Site Strategy ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
Take initiative by identifying priorities advancing projects and maintaining progress with minimal supervision.
Develop maintain and conduct annual reviews of the Site Strategy in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of the Site Strategy for Nearshore and Offshore sites ensuring consistency with broader strategic goals.
Coordinate resources and manage initiatives to effectively achieve strategic targets.
Monitor progress evaluate outcomes and provide comprehensive reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Significant experience in executing and implementing strategic plans.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and actively drive work to completion.
Proven experience working in crossfunctional environments effectively aligning teams and resources.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to independently handle complex situations.
Successful track record of leading and advancing strategic initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Fluent English spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in establishing outsourcing offices on a global scale.
Background in executing strategic plans within a startup environment.
