Key responsibilities include:
- Nurture and inspire our 12 Executive Chefs and their teams
- Train develop and innovate to deliver high quality menus and kitchen operations across the network
- Champion Food Safety with passion and knowledge to achieve a strong food safety culture
- Financial management and controls to ensure food budgets and KPIs are achieved
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven success inspiring and engaging diverse kitchen teams across multiple locations
- Confidence leading teams to create highquality highvolume food production in both a la carte and buffet styles
- Strong communication and computer skills to create impactful reports SOP and presentations
- Confident with data analytics to drive efficient business practices
- Demonstrated ability to create positive impact through innovation
- Availability to travel as needed both domestically and internationally
