Location: SUNY OLD WESTBURY - OLD WESTBURY NY
Salary Range: $80000-$95000 with Yearly Bonus Opportunity

What Youll Do:
- Design and execute innovative on-trend menus that meet diverse dietary needs and exceed expectations
- Lead coach and inspire a culinary team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Maintain the highest standards in food quality safety and presentation
- Oversee kitchen operations including inventory ordering and compliance with all health codes
- Manage budgets and food costing balancing creativity with financial responsibility
- Build strong relationships with campus clients ensuring our dining experience supports their mission
- Drive operational excellence while continuously mentoring and developing your team
- Lead by example setting the tone for service professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:
- A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience depending on formal degree or training.
- Experience in high-volume hands-on foodservice operations.
- Must be experienced with computers.
- ServSafe Certified.
