As the General Manager of our beautiful property you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments aligning operations with our brand standards and business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue profitability and market share
- Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement among staff
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners corporate leadership and local community partners
- Oversee talent acquisition development and retention strategies to build a highperforming team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal safety and quality standards
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance the hotels reputation

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a comparable hotel or hospitality business
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and achieving financial targets
- Excellent strategic thinking and decisionmaking skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Indepth knowledge of hotel operations industry trends and best practices
