As a Human Resources (HR) Talent Development Intern you will support a highly dynamic North American regional corporate HR team in the functional areas of Talent Development Learning and Training.
You will be involved in a variety of strategic projects and have operational responsibilities to support various activities aimed at enhancing associate engagement learning development and organizational growth initiatives. This role will involve assisting in planning coordinating and executing talent development and training programs while supporting HRrelated projects.
This is a hybrid role with three onsite days in our Farmington Hills MI office to allow for close collaboration and relationship building across the HR community at Bosch.
