Job Description
The Setup Operator is responsible for the efficient and setup to operating the Coat & Print according to established procedures. This includes machine setup mechanical adjustments troubleshooting maintaining production efficiency and meeting quality standards.
- Perform machine setup adjusting and operating according to established procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and setup issues that may arise during production by making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
- Inspect FG blades and monitor production runs to ensure parts meet quality specifications and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Understanding Machine LOTO process.
- Perform TPM and cleaning routine on machine and surroundings.
- Required to train other operators on setup procedures and machine operator.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience as a Coating & Print Specialist Operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and gauges (e.g. calipers micrometers)
- Knowledge of machine operation and setup procedures
- Understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to machine processing and quality.
