Hybrid Chicago IL

Must Have:

Strategy: translating business and user goals into product and user experience direction
: UX/UI/interaction design skills and operation of Figma (design systems prototyping)
Soft skills: ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team and stakeholders

Nice to Have:

Data analysis (product analytics e.g. GA Quantum Metric)
Motion design
UX writing
