Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Facility: Sinking Spring Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center
Address: 3000 Windmill Rd Sinking Spring PA 19608 United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $62/hr (W2
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join the team at Sinking Spring Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. The PT will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility strength and overall function. This role focuses on enhancing patient independence and improving quality of life through evidencebased therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and create treatment plans.
- Help patients improve mobility strength and function.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Work with the healthcare team for the best patient care.
- Follow facility policies and professional guidelines.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
