Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $72/hr(W2
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Description:
Mt Greylock Extended Care is seeking a skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to residents focusing on improving communication cognitivelinguistic skills and swallowing function. The role requires flexibility to float to Hillcrest Commons Nursing as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with speech language and swallowing disorders.
- Implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients families and staff on therapy techniques and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Active SLP license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
