Job Description

At Rituals were growing fastexpanding into new markets opening 200 stores a year and strengthening our global online presence. With this rapid growth ensuring the quality and compliance of our products is more important than ever.

As a Product Compliance Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements before they reach our customers. Working closely with crossfunctional teams suppliers and regulatory authorities youll help shape compliance processes and maintain the highest product standards.

In this role you will:

  • Report to the Compliance Manager as part of the Sourcing Quality & Regulatory Department.
  • Manage compliance documentation (artworks product information files packaging files safety data sheets) to ensure our assortment meets international regulations.
  • Act as a key contact for local and international suppliers collaborating with them on technical compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate compliance into sourcing supply planning and innovation processes.
  • Followup on regulatory changes working closely with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure continuous product compliance.
  • Support the Managers Product Compliance in communication with market surveillance authorities.
  • Participate in rework operations projects providing compliance expertise to ensure all assortment updates align with evolving legislation.

Qualifications :

Were looking for a detailoriented compliance professional with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills. You have:

  • A degree in Chemistry Law or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a Compliance or Regulatory Affairs role preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of EU and international regulations (EU Cosmetics Regulation CLP REACH etc..
  • Experience in packaging compliance (PPWD/PPWR) is a big plus.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to simplify complex compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

While flexible working is available this role requires a strong onsite presence to engage with stakeholders and build relationships effectively.
