ASSIGNMENTS:
- Responsible for placing of all local infrastructure such as PC printers peripheral equipment and video etc. at all end users disposal.
- Order and manage end user hardware.
- Responsible for maintaining of clients profiles installations licenses etc.
- Responsible for adding maintaining and delete of accesses.
- Responsible for all contacts with IKEA helpdesk secure incident follow up security updates and operation meetings.
- Participate in meetings containing need of IT support/technician.
- Others adhoc tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of the End User needs.
- Knowledge of client hardware software and network.
- Knowledge in relevant tools and how to use them in an appropriate way according to working routines.
- Education skills.
- Good in writing and speaking English.
