Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented Revit/AutoCAD Drafter to support the creation and management of technical documentation for multidisciplinary projects. The role involves developing 2D/3D drawings coordinating BIM standards and assisting with system schedules to ensure precision and compliance. This position is critical for delivering accurate design outputs and maintaining seamless collaboration across project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participation in all facets of documentation for which Eleccom has been engaged for:
  • BIM coordination and implementation of BIM standards systems and procedures
  • Be proficient and in the use of Autodesk Revit MEP Software
  • Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD Software
  • Prepare project drawings in 2D (AutoCAD or REVIT) and 3D (REVIT)
  • Assist with preparation of project power and lighting schedules

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in drafting or MEP design within construction or engineering industries.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD including template customization and family creation.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing BIM workflows and managing multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems including power distribution lighting design and circuiting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration and documentation clarity.
Additional Job Details:
  • Setup and Location: Hybrid / WFH / Onsite (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM NZ Time 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM Manila Time
  • Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
