Job Description
- Deliver engaging English lessons across various grade levels focusing on language skills and literature appreciation.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare students for IGCSE and DP English examinations.
- Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and curricular activities.
- Provide ongoing feedback to students and maintain effective communication with parents.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in English Education or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Taxes
Teacher bears 100 of the Chinese Governments income tax liability.
Flights/Transport
1. Shuttle bus will be provided to the teacher between the school and the designated points by the school.
2. Teacher and eligible dependants are entitled to an annual economy flight allowance at the amount of USD1500 on a reimbursement basis.
Utilities
Teacher bears the full cost of utilites and management fees etc.
Furniture
The school will rent a furnished apartment with basic furnitures households and utilites etc. The amount will be varied based on your context (e.g. position & dependents).
Moving Allowance
Teacher is entitled to the shipping allowance by land or by sea at the amount of around USD2000 on a reimbursement basis at the comencement and completion of employment.
Dependent Opportunities
a maximum of two legal dependent children studying at the schools of ISA under 18yearold
Medical
Worldwide except for U.S.
Bonus
An equivalent of 10 of the total gross salary earned during the contractual period will be paid to the teacher at the end of the contract.
