Job Description
We are looking for an experienced FrontEnd Developer to join our team in the Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate should have strong system analysis and design skills objectoriented programming (OOP) experience and expertise in modern frontend technologies. You will be responsible for building responsive scalable and highperformance web applications while working with large datasets and healthcare/medical systems. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5 CSS JavaScript XML and PHP.
- Perform system analysis and design ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Implement OOP principles to create efficient and reusable code structures.
- Work with large datasets ensuring fast and optimized data retrieval and display.
- Develop healthcare or medical system solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate frontend applications with cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc. for scalability and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across different devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with backend developers UI/UX designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and mobilefirst design principles.
- Troubleshoot debug and maintain existing systems to improve functionality and performance.
Requirements
- Matric with 10 years of experience OR Diploma in IT/Computer Science with 6 years of experience
- System Analysis and Design experience.
- OOP development experience with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.
- Proficiency in HTML5 CSS JavaScript XML and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure etc. for hosting and deployment.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance for dataheavy applications.
- Experience with healthcare or medical systems is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of API integration RESTful services and database connectivity.
