Data Scientist
REMOTE
Contract
This role focuses on building a single endtoend synapticbased model for evaluation and preparing it for deployment in online testing. The candidate should have handson experience with productionlevel modeling not researchbased work. A strong understanding of system architecture and deliverables is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and preprocess data including cleaning handling missing values and standardizing formats.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess patterns feature relevance and biases.
Generate embeddings using pretrained or finetuned language models for candidate retrieval data.
Develop evaluate and deploy machine learning models.
MustHave Skills:
Programming: SQL (proficient) Java (required) Python (expert)
Machine Learning: Deep learning (including LLMs and/or computer vision) data pipeline engineering model deployment
Infrastructure: Git (version control) endtoend ML model development & deployment
NicetoHave Skills:
Experience with search technologies (Lucene)
Familiarity with Synapticbased Language Modeling and Vector Databases VectorDB
