Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope
40 hours per week Monday to Friday anywhere from 8 AM to 5 PM
Remote work with availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours
Potential for longterm engagement with increasing responsibilities
Manage and reclassify transactions in QuickBooks Online
Tag financial data for efficient report generation
Break out financials by project for accurate budgeting
Process expense reports and calculate per diem for travel expenses
Reconcile Amazon returns and refunds against credit card statements
Identify and manage subscriptions using Rocket Money
Assist in reconstructing financial books from 2020 onwards
Prepare financial information for sponsor reporting
Requirements
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience with expense report processing and per diem calculations
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
