- Maintain rocksolid service levels because tech meltdowns are not an option.
What You Bring to the Table (Your Toolkit)
- 5 years experience as an ICT Desktop Support/Services Manager.
- Deep knowledge of ICT services & infrastructure management.
- Exposure to industry frameworks (ITIL ITSM COBIT).
- Experience in fastpaced industries
- Ability to tame tech chaos lead a team and keep users happy!
