As a Manager in the Production vertical you will lead consulting engagements and mentor junior consultants. You will leverage your extensive experience in production optimization to guide clients in achieving significant performance improvements. You will play a key role in helping manufacturing clients optimize their operations. You will leverage your indepth understanding of production processes to analyse current practices identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency productivity and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client production processes.
- Analyse production data and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production planning scheduling and .
- Assist clients in improving production quality and reducing waste.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Prepare and present project findings and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputable university in your respective country.
Proven experience working in a production department within a manufacturing company is not mandatory but is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of forecast management production planning and production management and control.
MUST have experience working in a consulting firm.
