Job Summary:
As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for transforming client specifications into highprecision components. Youll ensure smooth machine operations and uphold our commitment to quality through attention to detail and machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set Up: Select and mount necessary fixtures tools and attachments for each job.
Collaboration: Work with engineers and supervisors to align product plans with specifications.
Precision: Adjust machine settings (speed tooling cutting styles) for accurate parts.
Quality Control: Monitor the cutting process to ensure product quality and identify issues early.
Machine Maintenance: Oversee machine care including temperature control and routine maintenance.
Final Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency in finished products.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of CNC machine experience.
Strong knowledge of CNC lathes and mills with the ability to read blueprints and interpret Gcode.
Experience with CNC programming and software.
Skilled in using measuring tools to maintain close tolerances.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Must own tools and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
