Job Description
- Lead the development and of data analytics strategies to support business objectives.
- Design build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards using SQL Python Tableau and Excel.
- Provide actionable insights through marketing analytics client behavior analysis and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with teams including marketing finance and operations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance business performance.
- Support and optimize data collection storage and governance processes.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends opportunities and risks.
- Assist in new project initiatives by providing datadriven recommendations and performance tracking.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Mentor and support junior team members as the data team continues to grow.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics data science or business intelligence roles.
- Familiarity with AWS platform
- Strong Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
- Experience in Python for data manipulation and modeling
- Previous experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills for validating outputs and key reports
- Experience with marketing analytics clientbased reporting and KPI tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
Additional Information :
Base Salary Range: $110000 $120000 based on experience and qualifications. This role is bonus eligible.
Location: This role is hybrid with location preferences being in the tristate area to travel to our corporate headquarters 12 times per month.
Travel Expectations: 12 times per year
