Were looking for a Staff Product Manager who is comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and can balance competing priorities with ease. To be successful in this role you have proven experience digging into customer problems distilling them into needs and envisioning the best solutions to meet and exceed them. If you can operate with a high degree of autonomy while executing established product strategy have strong leadership skills and are great at driving alignmentwed like to hear from you!

This position reports into Director of Product Management Preconstruction and will be based in our Cairo Egypt office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
- Work closely with a Director of Product Product managers Designers and Engineers to create powerful capabilities in our preconstructiion suite to help our customers in building certainty before construction begins.
- Develop a deep understanding of our strategy; evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buyin
- Build import techniques that can cleanse standardize and transform data from multiple sources
- Partner with internal AI/ML teams to strategize features that can deliver highquality data rich experiences leveraging our dense construction data
- Work closely with customers and gotomarket teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution
- Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decisionmaking process
- Become wellversed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges to guide and communicate the value youre creating for our customers
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role OR 3 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on leveraging technology
- History of customercentered problem solving
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components that are then structured into systemic solutions
- Passion for customers and seeking a deep understanding of enduser problems as well as competitive and market trends in the Product Management space
- Use and knowledge of AI and agentic technologies preferred
- Strong product management skills including analytics structured requirements and documentation and able to think in platform architecture terms
