Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Aerospace and Defense to join our team in Linkping Sweden. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for designing and implementing cuttingedge solutions that meet the complex needs of our aerospace and defense clients.
- Develop and maintain enterpriselevel solution architectures for aerospace and defense projects
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Design scalable secure and efficient cloudbased solutions using platforms like AWS and Azure
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance our product offerings
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all solution designs
- Present complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Participate in presales activities and contribute to proposal development
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the aerospace and defense sector
- Readily discuss practical examples of unlocking customer value in a business context in an impactful and relevant way (benchmarked proven value)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of experience in solution architecture with at least 5 years in the aerospace and defense industry
- Proven track record of successful largescale project implementations
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms particularly AWS and Azure
- Proficiency in systems engineering principles and software development methodologies
- Advanced skills in data modeling and analysis
- Excellent project management abilities
- Indepth understanding of aerospace and defense industry including military systems and requirements
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the defense sector
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances may be required
