PMO Engineer F/M/X

We are currently looking for passionate people ready to make a difference in the following open position: PMO Engineer F/M/X based in Lyon 7e).
Within the R&D teams of Nemera this position aims at acting as a Project Manager to support Nemeras PMO (Project Management Office) in development/deployment of new tools & ensuring adherence to standards and as well to support the new Project Development teams at managing project documentation while ensuring smooth project .
This position reports to the Services Quoting & PM Director and is based in Lyon 7e.
Job Description :
- Continuous Improvement and Tools improvement: Contribute to the global continuous improvement roadmap by leading initiatives by identifying and improving program management tools to ensure an efficient project and an accurate reporting.
- Support During Peak Periods: Assist project managers with Project Managers tasks during highdemand periods.
- Process Improvement: Identify and improve different processes within the PM scope through tool optimizations.
- Development and Adherence to Standards: Ensure project managers adhere to PMO guidelines and standards this position will have developed and implemented through expert audits
- Track Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess project progress.
- Manage Project Documentation: Organize and maintain all projectrelated documents for easy access.
- Monthly Coordination: Coordinate monthly routines with PMs to monitor tool relevancy and ensure database consistency for accurate resource identification and cost collection.

Qualifications :
So what are we looking for
Masters degree in Engineering Project Management or another relevant discipline.
You have significant experience (at least 5 years) in program management with internal and external customers. Your expertise includes agile resource allocation and monitoring project monitoring and coordination and project financial followup ideally within the healthcare industry. You have solid experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams within a matrix organization.
You demonstrate Proven advanced skills with Office 365 environment and software especially Excel SharePoint Teams PowerPoint and Power BI.
Open minded and with a positive critical thinking mindset you know how to build trust & actively support the achievement of common goals across teams. You are able to manage multiple activities and prioritise simultaneously. You are known as an excellent listener autonomous but also strong team player. You engage with people through continuous participation dialogue and compelling communication.
Languages:
Fluent in English and French. Polish is a plus.
