Job Description
Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Peterborough NH
Salary: Up to $22/hour (based on experience)
Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shift Notes: Fulltime day shift positions with MF schedules. We are looking for 1 CMA for Orthopedics
Job Overview:
A fulltime Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is needed for an orthopedic practice. This role supports clinical procedures under the direct supervision of an office nurse or physician. Ideal candidates should be local personable emotionally stable and capable of maintaining confidentiality in a fastpaced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws lab tests injections and immunizations
- Assist physicians with examinations and patient procedures
- Record vitals including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration
- Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms
- Handle patient phone calls and provide instructions as directed
- Prepare patients for exams and assist with mobility as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation
- Order and maintain medical supply inventory
- Support referrals and other documentation processes
- Operate as part of a collaborative clinical team
