About the Role

We are seeking a Management Consulting Associate to support our advisory team in delivering highimpact business consulting projects. This role is ideal for those with strong business writing skills excellent project coordination abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth project .

In this role your hours will count toward your professional experience for business management consultancy certification and high performers will have opportunities to earn delivery commissions and advance to full consultant status.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Writing & Documentation

Assist the Principal Consultant in drafting structuring and refining business proposals reports and strategic documents for clients.

Conduct research and develop compelling narratives to support project proposals and business cases.

Ensure clarity consistency and professionalism in all written deliverables.

2. Consulting Operations & Project

Manage submissions and documentation on relevant portals ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Communicate with clients to gather required information and ensure seamless of consulting projects.

Track project timelines coordinate deliverables and maintain structured documentation for advisory engagements.

Support the endtoend delivery pipeline ensuring projects move efficiently from inception to completion.

3. Leveraging Technology & AI for Consulting Efficiency

Use AI tools where applicable to enhance efficiency in business writing data analysis and process automation.

Stay informed about industry trends consulting methodologies and digital transformation strategies to enhance deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

Exceptional English writing and communication skills ability to create structured persuasive and professional documents.

Strong project coordination and operations management skills to keep consulting engagements on track.

Business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze company needs financials and market positioning.

Experience in business writing consulting support project management or strategic documentation is highly preferred.

High level of attention to detail and a structured processdriven approach to .

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with consultants and clients.

Familiarity with AIpowered business tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other document management systems.
