What Youll Be Doing:
- Moderate content (text images videos) in Spanish ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal requirements.
- Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech abusive language explicit material and spam to maintain a welcoming and safe online experience.
- Make quick fair and consistent decisions to ensure content follows platform policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex content issues and continuously improve moderation processes.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends challenges in content moderation and best practices in digital safety.
- Strive to meet performance targets while maintaining highquality standards of moderation.
Who Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in English to communicate with global teams.
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is beneficial.
- Attention to detail with the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of online safety community guidelines and digital security.
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to creating a safer digital space.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with social media trends and internet culture.
- A background in legal compliance or media industries is a plus.
