What Youll Be Doing:
- Moderate content (texts images videos) in German ensuring compliance with community guidelines standards and legal requirements.
- Identify and remove harmful content such as hate speech harassment explicit material and spam to maintain a positive user experience.
- Make clear fair and consistent decisions to ensure content meets the platforms guidelines.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex content issues and improve moderation processes.
- Keep up with trends in online content and challenges in the moderation world to continuously improve our approach.
- Meet efficiency goals while ensuring moderation quality and accuracy.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English (for internal communication and collaboration).
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a bonus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of online safety practices community guidelines and internet security.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive and solutionsoriented mindset with a passion for keeping the internet clean and safe.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
- Knowledge of social media trends and internet culture.
- A background in compliance legal or media industries is a plus.
