What Youll Be Doing:
- Review and moderate content (texts images videos) in German ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.
- Identify and manage harmful content such as hate speech abusive language explicit content and spam to keep platforms safe.
- Make fair consistent decisions that protect the user experience and uphold our values.
- Collaborate with a global team to resolve complex issues and improve our content moderation processes.
- Stay informed on new online trends content challenges and best practices in digital content moderation.
- Work efficiently while maintaining highquality moderation standards and meeting performance targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
- Experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick consistent decisions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of online safety and community guidelines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- A proactive solutionsoriented mindset and a passion for online safety.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with content moderation tools or platforms.
- A good understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
- Background in legal compliance or media industries is a plus.
