Job Title: Remote French Content Moderator
Location: Bulgaria (Remote)
Employment Type: Fulltime/Parttime

What Youll Do:
- Review and moderate content (text images videos etc. in French making sure it aligns with our community guidelines and legal standards.
- Spot and handle inappropriate content like hate speech harassment explicit material and spam.
- Provide clear consistent feedback to ensure all moderation decisions are topnotch.
- Team up with other departments to tackle complex content issues and improve the overall moderation process.
- Stay ahead of the curve on new trends and emerging challenges in the world of online content moderation.
- Contribute your ideas to improve content moderation policies and tools.
- Manage your tasks efficiently and meet targets in a fastpaced environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent French (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Proficiency in English (for team collaboration and training purposes).
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
- Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skillsyoure able to work independently and manage a heavy workload.
- Understanding of online safety and community guidelines.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with a passion for keeping the internet safe and welcoming!
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
- A keen understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
- Background in compliance legal or media industries.
