Responsibilities

• Conduct or lead environmental assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and oversee the production of Environmental Documents including Environmental Impact Statements
• Lead and manage projects ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Create detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects including roads bridges and utilities
• Oversee land development projects from concept to completion including site planning grading drainage and utility design
• Design and manage transportation projects including traffic analysis roadway design and transportation planning
• Collaborate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams for successful outcomes
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Experience in civil engineering focusing on environmental documentation and design
• Proven leadership in managing land development and transportation projects
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
