Job Opening: Employables Creative Project Manager
Location: Offsite restricted to US residents only

Our team includes We are seeking a talented Creative Project Manager to assist us in bringing our various projects to fruition which encompass digital ads branding and more. You are responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle as the Creative Project Manager from initial concept to final delivery. To ensure creative endeavors are executed efficiently on time and under budget it is helpful to work in tandem with crossfunctional teams. To ensure the end product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations your leadership will be crucial. As the project manager it is your responsibility to set clear goals keep the team on track and maintain excellent communication with both internal stakeholders and clients. Critical Projects:
Ensured the timely completion stringent financial management and excellent quality of several creative efforts during their entire lifespan.
Collaborate with creatives in the team to come up with and implement new ideas. This includes writers designers and content creators.
Make sure all project milestones are met and resources are used appropriately by creating and overseeing detailed plans.
This individual acts as the principal liaison between internal teams and clients managing communications expectations and approvals.
To ensure that the final product meets all project client and brand criteria it is recommended to review the creative work multiple times throughout its development.
To keep the project under budget without compromising on artistic quality it is important to track expenditure and monitor the budget.
Determine and remove any obstacles to the projects progress; then take the initiative to adjust resources and timelines so that everything stays on track.
To ensure smooth process flow and communication organize and maintain project documentation such as contracts briefings meeting notes and approval forms.
Inspire a pleasant and cooperative team and lead as needed to ensure project success.
Determine how to proceed with the project based on an analysis of its postlaunch performance.

Relevant graduate or professional experience in business marketing communications or a closely connected field is required.
