Are you an organized and detailoriented professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service Join our team as a Remote Appointment Scheduler and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless scheduling experience for clients!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for new and existing clients based on our company guidelines.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with inquiries.
- Request and obtain necessary documents or information as required.
- Communicate effectively with relevant team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately enter and update client information including contact details and preferences.
- Manage referrals and appointment followups in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone email and web inquiries.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and direct clients to the appropriate department.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy.
