We are looking for a DutchSpeaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Malta. In this role you will assist customers via chat email and phone ensuring they receive topnotch support and a seamless experience.
What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutchspeaking clients.
- Handle inquiries complaints and requests via email chat and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) C1/C2 level required.
Proficiency in English (for internal communication). Previous
Excellent communication & problemsolving skills.
