About the Role:
As a Field Services Technician your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support while providing technical support by phone email and onsite for our customers.
Pay: $22/h
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
Location: Olympia Fields IL 60461
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daytoday technology functions including networks email and various software systems.
- Supporting macOS Windows iOS devices Google Console and VMware.
- Installing and troubleshooting interactive teaching solutions desktop computers servers and peripherals.
- Repairing and replacing nonfunctioning computer equipment.
- Creating maintaining and updating computer images.
- Upgrading networking equipment and ensuring software license compliance.
- Supporting telephone system issues and maintaining inventory records.
- Ensuring physical security and control of all computer assets.
What Were Looking For:
- Education:Associates or bachelors degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum of two years in computer hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Skills: Ability to deploy software using Network/Server/MDM based software installation; ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff
