Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess service needs and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers fostering transparency and trust.
  • Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage the service departments workflow to ensure timely repairs.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to facilitate smooth operations and ensure quality results.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly working to resolve issues in a professional and customerfriendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
  • Experience with Lincoln or Mazda is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively explain service recommendations and build customer trust
  • Proficiency in dealership service software and scheduling systems
  • A teamoriented attitude with a proactive approach to problemsolving
