Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess service needs and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers fostering transparency and trust.
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently manage the service departments workflow to ensure timely repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to facilitate smooth operations and ensure quality results.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly working to resolve issues in a professional and customerfriendly manner.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
- Experience with Lincoln or Mazda is highly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively explain service recommendations and build customer trust
- Proficiency in dealership service software and scheduling systems
- A teamoriented attitude with a proactive approach to problemsolving
