Job Description

Job description Field Service Technician

MUST BE LOCAL TO DAYTON OHIO no travel reimbursement

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Mobile Phone Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of supporting Android and iOS systems. The successful applicant will play a vital role in the golive process ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system performance.

Duties

Utilize data analysis skills to identify and address system performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.

Provide technical support for system users including training and documentation.

Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stay uptodate with the latest system updates and patches to ensure optimal system performance.

Experience

Experience supporting Android and iOS devices

Familiarity with health information management and data management principles.

Worked in healthcare

Field Service experience

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
