Construction Project Managers needed in St Louis MO LargeScale Water Infrastructure and Wastewater Treatment Projects
A well established General Contractor Design and Build company is currently seeking several Construction Project Managers for DirectHire opportunities with their team. Construction Project Manager rates are anticipated to start approximately between $120000 and $150000 yearly based on each candidates experience and education; we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great bonuses medical dental and bonus opportunities!
Qualified Construction Project Managers will possess most if not all of the following skills and experience:
* Project Management experience with Large Scale Waste Water Treatment Construction projects or Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment plants or Water Infrastructure Projects. Typical projects range from $1 Million to $100 Million.
* Exceptional communication skills must work with Customers and diverse crossfunctional teams.
* Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design deliverables construction schedule budget milestones and go from project launch to customer signoff.
* BS Degree in Construction Management Engineering or a closely related degree is a benefit but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
* Able to travel 25 (typically local travel some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary predominantly within the US).
Must be able to work in the US and complete standard prehire checks including background drug screen references etc.
