Job Description
Job Duties Include:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment as well as back space and storage areas
- Stock and replenish merchandise ensuring shelves are fully stocked and wellmaintained
- Handle returns exchanges and customer inquiries
- Take responsibility for achieving sales targets
- Assisting with other areas of the department including boathouse kids camp and health club as needed
Qualifications :
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required
You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other nonday shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
