Job Description
As a Kids Activities Attendant youll have the opportunity to create and lead exciting interactive activities and programs for the children visiting our hotel. We are seeking passionate energetic individuals who are fully available on weekends and during school holidays to ensure our young guests have memorable experiences. Your role will be instrumental in helping families create lasting memories during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities including arts and crafts games sports and educational workshops.
- Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children by following proper supervision protocols.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment where children can play learn and socialize with others.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians providing updates on activities and addressing any specific needs or concerns.
- Work closely with other hotel team members to coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth running of the kids holiday program.
Qualifications :
- Full availability on weekends and during school holiday periods and the ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience working with children in daycare camp or educational setting preferred.
- Must hold a blue card recognised by the state of Queensland
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with genuine passion for working with kids.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and Frist Aid certifications would be highly beneficial
