Role Overview:
Were on the lookout for a motivated and detailoriented Recruitment Apprentice to join our Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to get handson experience across our operations and recruitment support functions. Youll work closely with our Head of Delivery and wider team to ensure smooth onboarding support client delivery and keep everything running like a welloiled (and slightly caffeinated) machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new Career Coach clients ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Assist with administrative coordination of career coaching and recruitment activities.
- Handle daily client queries and ensure sameday responses escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records and client files in our systems.
- Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to schedule sessions and monitor project timelines.
- Assist with booking and logistics for franchisee onboarding and client workshops.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in operations processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Delivery team.
- Support financial tracking processes in collaboration with the Operations & Finance Admin.
What Were Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication written and verbal.
- Friendly professional manner with a cando attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm when juggling tasks (bonus if youve mastered the art of calendar Tetris)
- Comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets email platforms and CRM/project management tools (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous office or admin experience a plus but not required.
