Job Description
As a Product Delivery Manager reporting to the Roadmap Manager you will be instrumental in leading the entire product development lifecycle ensuring efficient delivery and adherence to governance standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the projects and products developed.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery ensuring they are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communications ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders. Act as a servant leader who fosters collaboration and empowers teams.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers engineers designers and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Agile : Live and breath agile embrace the principles implement and refine the methodologies to optimize workflows remove bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience in project management product delivery or a similar role within a techdriven environment. We welcome earlycareer professionals who have demonstrated a strong ability to deliver results and manage projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Handson experience with project management tools: Jira and Confluence version control systems like Git and advanced Excel skills for data tracking and reporting. Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and handle feedback constructively.
- A proactive solutionsoriented mindset with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment balancing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming game development or online entertainment.
