Job Description
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for all product photographyrelated issues including both hardware and software across our European locations
- Ensure and continuously improve photo quality standards in close collaboration with our team while overseeing their implementation across all markets
- Monitor project performance using defined KPIs creating reports guidelines and presentations to support datadriven decisionmaking
- Manage and execute maintenance tasks ensuring completion in line with quality standards
- Work closely with the teams to enhance our vehicle photo booths and automationoptimized photography software
Qualifications :
- Handson experience in photography with a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail
- Solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new concepts
- Strong organizational skills an independent and structured approach to work and a high level of motivation to drive improvements in our photo and imperfection standards
- Strong problem solving skills flexibility and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office experience with Apple/Mac systems would be highly beneficial
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French additional languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus
